ARTWORK
Petal Party artwork by Lordy Dordie
Hi, I’m Georgie Forbes also known as Lordy Dordie. I’m a Brisbane-based artist and surface pattern designer with over 25 years of experience creating art that brings colour, joy, and positive energy to everyday life. I knew from a very young age—probably around four or five—that I wanted to be an artist. I always knew Art would somehow define me and be a huge part of my life and career; hence it’s a huge part of who I am and what I am driven to do. Most of my earliest memories were of being creative in some way or another – drawing, collaging, painting – and very early on I began to include pattern elements in my illustrations and over time that love of pattern became a signature element in my work.
My love of pattern and colour led me to study Fine Art & Fashion Design at Griffith University in Brisbane. Since then, I've spent over 25 years working as an artist and surface pattern designer, bringing my love of bold colours and intricate designs to everything from fashion and home decor to stationery and accessories. Today my work is all about bold patterns, vibrant colour, positive messaging and intricate details—designed to uplift and energise. I truly believe art has the power to bring joy and that’s always at the heart of what I create. Over the years I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with incredible Australian and international brands bringing my art to life across fashion, tableware, home décor, baby products, stationery and more. Some highlights include partnerships with Gorman, Annabel Trends and American Greetings. Creating joyful art that connects with people is what I love most!

DONATIONS
Part proceeds from the sale of our planners will be donated directly to the GO Foundation whose mission is to create a brighter future for Indigenous Australians.
OUR HAPPINESS GUARANTEE
We want nothing but the best for our incredible teaching community. That’s why if you’re not 100% in love with your teacher planner or any items purchased, send them back and we’ll give you a full refund, no questions asked!
Read our Returns Policy.
Please note: We do our absolute best to ensure photos have been taken to represent the actual teacher planner cover, however, these colours may look different in ‘real life’ as opposed to on your electronic screens (AKA your computer/laptop/tabletsSmartphones) due to variations in monitor settings and display quality. We also take great care with all our products, however, due to the manufacturing process, planners may have minor imperfections such as slight scratching and marks.

Here’s a quick overview to help:
-
The Daily Duo features a full page per day and comes in two slim volumes (Jan–Jun & Jul–Dec). It’s perfect for teachers who like to detail their day—lessons, meetings, notes and reflections—all in one place. While it doesn’t include internal storage pockets, the day-to-a-page layout offers more writing space and flexibility and does come with 2 clear pockets for your timetable and other loose sheets.
-
The Weekly Planner offers a week-to-a-view layout with generous storage features like internal pockets and document sleeves. It’s ideal for those who prefer a broader overview and built-in term-based structure.
