You can return any physical item for a full refund or store credit within 90 days of delivery, provided it’s:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Please note:

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is at your cost (we can provide a prepaid AusPost label for $11.99)
  • If you paid via Afterpay, your refund will be processed to your original account and the balance adjusted automatically

We’ll happily refund, replace, or swap your item — no questions asked.
Just send us a photo and proof of purchase, and we’ll take care of the rest (including return shipping).

  • The email address you used at checkout

  • A short note about what you’d like help with (photos help too!)
