You can return any physical item for a full refund or store credit within 90 days of delivery, provided it’s:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- In resalable condition
Please note:
- Delivery fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping is at your cost (we can provide a prepaid AusPost label for $11.99)
- If you paid via Afterpay, your refund will be processed to your original account and the balance adjusted automatically

We’ll happily refund, replace, or swap your item — no questions asked.
Just send us a photo and proof of purchase, and we’ll take care of the rest (including return shipping).
