We want nothing but the best for our incredible teaching community—whether you’ve ordered a physical planner or downloaded one of our digital resources. Here’s how our returns and refund process works:

1. Physical Products: 365-Day “Happy or Your Money Back”

  • Eligibility: Change-of-mind returns accepted up to 365 days from delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Return Shipping:

    • If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover all shipping costs.

    • For change-of-mind returns, you’re responsible for postage; original delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Buy-Now-Pay-Later: Refunds go back to the original BNPL account; balances adjust automatically.

  • Faulty Items: If a product is faulty, return it at any time with proof of purchase—no time limit—and we’ll cover return shipping.

2. Digital Products: 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you’re not 100% satisfied with any digital purchase, contact us within 30 days of download.

  • We’ll happily offer a full refund or exchange—no questions asked.

3. Promotional Campaigns & Special Offers

  • General Promotions: Unless otherwise stated, standard return windows apply (365 days for physical, 30 days for digital).

  • Limited-Time & Clearance Items: May be marked as final sale—no returns or exchanges.

  • Discount Codes & Bundles: Refunds on bundles or multi-item offers may be prorated; discount codes applied are void on refunded items.

  • Campaign-Specific T&Cs: Always check the promotion’s terms at the time of purchase for any variations on these policies.

4. How to Request a Return, Exchange, or Refund

  1. Visit our Returns Portal.

  2. Enter your order number + email address (as shown in your order confirmation).

  3. Select the item(s) and reason for return or refund.

  4. Ship back physical items (if applicable) to the address provided.

5. Refund Processing

  • We’ll process approved refunds within 1-3 business days of receiving your return or refund request confirmation.

  • You’ll receive email confirmation once your refund is issued, via the original payment method.
