Skip counting coins has never been this exciting!

Call a card showing a group of the same coin, like four 20c coins. Students skip count to find the total and cover it if it's on their board. Some totals can be made two ways, so it sparks great talk about equal amounts. A whole-class Australian money game for Year 2.

What's included:

  • How to Play page
  • 24 calling cards with the answer in small print
  • 30 different bingo boards
  • Terms of Use

How it works:

  1. Give each student a bingo board and some counters.
  2. Show or describe a calling card.
  3. Students skip count by 5s, 10s, 20s or dollars to find the total.
  4. First to cover a row, or the whole board, calls Bingo!

Why teachers love it:

  • Fast skip counting practice that feels like a game
  • 30 boards, so a whole class can play
  • Answers on the cards, so you can play straight away
  • Amounts stay inside Year 2: cents to $1 and whole dollars
