Comprehension Flip Book
Make reading comprehension active and memorable with this hands-on Comprehension Flip Book — a fresh alternative to the traditional comprehension worksheet!
Students engage more deeply with texts when they interact with them, and this Comprehension Flip Book gives them a fun, structured way to do exactly that. With clear sections for key comprehension skills — retelling, vocabulary, connections, predictions, and more — students build both understanding and confidence as readers. Teachers love that it doubles as a meaningful formative assessment tool and an engaging take-home artefact that students are proud of.
Why teachers love it:

- Covers key comprehension skills — targets retelling, vocabulary, connections, questioning, predictions, and inference
- Works with any text — use with your class novel, picture books, shared reading passages, or anthology texts
- Formative assessment tool — quickly shows where individual students are in their comprehension development
- Students love taking it home — creates a proud showcase of reading work
