Our digital planner has been in development since 2019. Initially, we engaged a software company that unfortunately couldn't bring our vision to life, outsourcing the work overseas, which led to a major setback. Despite this, I remained determined to see this project through with the right team.

In 2022, we took another leap, thoroughly researching and selecting a new software development company whose portfolio we admired. We've been collaborating with them for the past two years. We were close to launching our digital planner at the end of last year but encountered a significant roadblock: the planner wasn't as flexible as it needed to be for different schools and roles. Additionally, feedback from a small group of users highlighted other areas for improvement.

As a result, the project is currently on hold as we consider our options. This has been a substantial financial investment, and our online store's busiest year has required much of my attention, managing its growth.

Current Status??

We are committed to moving forward with our digital planner, ensuring it is practical, user-friendly, and beautifully designed. We are in ongoing discussions with our developers to build it out as envisioned, with provisions to keep the project on track. However, everything takes time and careful consideration to avoid further setbacks. There is also a chance that we may not be able to move forward with it if our developers cannot build our vision.

We understand that many of you are eagerly waiting for this product—it's one of the most searched terms under our brand. I apologise for the extensive delays and appreciate your patience. While I can't provide a specific release date yet, rest assured that when we move forward, our planner will be worth the wait. I am committed to releasing only a product I know you will love and find truly helpful.

In the meantime, we will have a Goodnotes version of our planner available before the end of the year for those who would like a digital version. This is in the making already, and we have no doubts it will be available to use for the 2025 school year.

Each monogram requires individual attention and meticulous execution, which significantly adds to the production time for each planner. In order to ensure that we can meet the rising demand and deliver our planners in a timely manner, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue monogramming services.

By streamlining our production process and focusing on efficiency, we can allocate more resources to fulfilling orders promptly and maintaining the high standards of quality that our customers have come to expect from us. Our Signature Weekly planner is more portable and displays the entire week (Monday - Sunday) on each spread. There’s also space for before and after school planning.

Both planners include term overviews, goal-setting pages, a special days spread, monthly overviews, record pages, notes, ample storage, and over 950+ free planner stickers. The cover choices remain the same for both planners (subject to availability).
