Our planner dispatch dates can vary depending on the range, release stage, and whether your order includes pre-order items.
Please note: if your order includes a pre-order planner and in-stock items, your full order may be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.
Once a 2027 planner sells out, we won't be restocking it. Our advice is to get in early to avoid disappointment — pre-ordering is the surest way to secure the design you love.
To keep things simple (and save on shipping), your entire order ships together once the pre-order items are ready, from mid-September 2026. If you'd like your in-stock items sooner, we'd recommend placing a separate order for those.

For change-of-mind returns, we offer a 90-day window from delivery, provided the item is unused and in resalable condition.
