Make HASS skills visible and meaningful with this comprehensive HASS Skills Poster Set — the classroom display that turns inquiry skills into daily classroom habits.

The inquiry skills strand of HASS is just as important as the content, yet it's often the part of the curriculum that feels hardest to make visible and explicit. These HASS Skills Posters solve that problem beautifully — displaying the key inquiry skills students need to question, research, analyse, and communicate their findings across all HASS learning areas.

HASS = Humanities and Social Sciences — covering history, geography, civics, citizenship, and economics.

Why teachers love it:

  • Makes inquiry skills visible — students can see and refer to key HASS skills throughout every unit of work
  • Covers the full inquiry process — from questioning and investigating through to communicating and reflecting
  • Curriculum-aligned — directly supports the Australian Curriculum HASS Inquiry Skills strand across primary year levels
  • Supports all HASS learning areas — relevant for history, geography, civics, and economics units
  • Beautiful display-ready design — professional and eye-catching posters that look great on any classroom wall

Perfect for:

  • Primary HASS classrooms across Foundation to Year 6
  • Making the inquiry skills strand of HASS explicit and visible throughout the year
  • Reference displays during HASS inquiry units and projects
  • Teaching critical and creative thinking in cross-curricular contexts
  • Establishing a culture of inquiry and questioning in your classroom
