Editable Schedule Cards
Create a professional, polished classroom schedule display with these Editable Schedule Cards — your timetable, your way.
A well-organised schedule display helps your entire class know exactly what's happening and when — and these Editable Schedule Cards make it easy to create one that's completely tailored to your school and your class. Type your subjects, specialist times, and activities directly into the cards before printing, so every element of your display reflects your real timetable. No more crossing out pre-printed words or squeezing in subject names that don't quite fit!
Why teachers love it:
- Fully editable — type your own schedule content before printing using Adobe Acrobat (free)
- Custom to your timetable — create cards for your exact subjects and activities, not someone else's
- Professional-looking display — consistent, polished cards that look great on your classroom wall
- Supports student independence — students can check the schedule themselves without needing to ask
Perfect for:
- Classroom daily schedule and timetable displays
- Prep through to Year 6 classrooms
- New classroom setup at the start of the year
- Inclusive classrooms where visual timetables are essential for student wellbeing
- Replacing handwritten or mismatched schedule cards
