Healing Land
This work represents bush medicine healing on Country. First Nations people have been sustaining the land and it’s people for thousands of years. Traditional bush medicine and healing is a way of life and is still used and practiced by First Nations people today. Healing on Country and remedies from ancient stories have been handed down through the generations for more than 50,000 years. These traditional forms of healing include the use of traditional healers, healing songs, healing smoking ceremonies and bush medicines. The land holds healing and we come from the land.
